What is your return policy for electronic hardware?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and software licenses are generally non-refundable once activated.
Do you offer international shipping and handle customs?
We ship globally via major carriers like FedEx and DHL. While we provide all necessary export documentation, customers are responsible for local import duties and taxes upon delivery.

The enDAQ Lab software is available as a free download from our website. It is compatible with all our sensor models and allows for seamless data visualization and CSV/MATLAB exportation.
What payment methods do you accept for enterprise orders?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers. For established corporate accounts and government entities, we also accept Purchase Orders (POs) with Net 30 terms.
