Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Contact our technical support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original protective case and shipping box, ensuring all calibration cables and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Shipping and Labeling

  Affix the provided shipping label and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package before sending it to our specialized testing facility.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our engineers will perform a functional diagnostic check upon receipt; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
